  The Berkshire County Multiple Listing Service, “MLS,” is a means by which members, who must be Realtors®, make blanket unilateral offers of cooperation and compensation to other member participants.   Information is accumulated into a common database and disseminated in real time directly to all members, and is only available to authorized participants. This enables an orderly correlation and distribution of complete and unrestricted real estate listings information among the participants, so that they may better advise and serve their clients and the public. We have provided you with a link, called IDX to see basic listing information on all active properties. It is there for you convenience, enabling you to get an idea of what’s being offered, but please keep in mind the old adage still applies, ”if it looks to good to be true…..” well you know the rest.
